Added by HairyCockroachFor my first tattoo, I plan to get the "chikara" kanji tattooed on the back of my neck. It means "strength" or "effort." I believe tattoos should be important to the person that's getting them, and the kanji I picked out for my tattoo means a whole lot to me.
I do not believe I am as strong as I am capable, but I have struggled, and kept on going through everything that's been thrown at me, even if that means I wasn't doing anything but getting up the next morning.
I hope discrimination against tattoos will lessen over the years because I find it unfortunate how hard it is to find a job these days, let alone for someone who has piercings or tattoos.
